All About Pools Inc was founded on the premise that we would build affordable inground
vinyl liner swimming pools that are built better than our competitors by using a couple of simple inherent things I have gathered
by being in this business for a million years.

Pools is exactly as the name states; We know all about pools, their construction, operation and service. In an era of decreased
workmanship and the vast depletion of skilled labor in the construction market, we have put together a
crew of knowledgeable and skilled pool people. Pool installation expert and owner Russ Hanson,
(30 years building pools and servicing them) heads the list and is the main builder. Russ sells the pools
and then builds the pools. When having a pool built by All About Pools, it is Russ himself performing most
of the critical parts of the pool installation (Plumbing, Trowelling, etc) that require a professional touch. He has
built countless hundreds of pools since 1977and is adamant in his adherence to quality. On top of that we will offer
all of the latest in swimming pool technology along with all of the old fashioned quality and professional service.
Honesty and Accountability - Is this a

Russ has been working on pools since 1977 and believes in the hands-on
approach to building them. Russ not only sells the pool, he actually will be the one building it. How many pool
companies can say that? When he comes to your house and sells you your pool, you can be assured it will be done the
way he stated. Because when the excavation starts; he will be the builder there- working. Thats accountability.

to select a few referrals from to call and hear from actual customers (not hand-picked ones) that will attest to the quality
and great pricing that we offer. It makes absolutely no sense to me to hear from a few of the best hand-picked customers gathered
over the years to give a company "honest" testimony. Even the worst pool outfit gets lucky sometimes. We at All About Pools
strive to make sure we take care of every detail...So - weird - but true; - we have no unsatisfied customers.

PROMISES, PROMISES
We will not oversell. Lets face it. Everybody wants to make a good
living. And in Minnesota, with a six month season in the pool construction business to do it, pool
salespeople will endeavor to make as many sales as possible and will do everything possible to do just that. Their pay is
reflected in the volume of sales they do. The pool owners want the same thing and encourage it. What
has always suffered from this process of marketing in the past (and is still happening with swimming
pool dealers), is the actual end product. The pool construction personnel are caught in this squeeze and
are forced into creating a rushed inferior product. This is a fact of life in the pool business. We at All About
Pools will not do this.
We are committed to selling only
as much as we can build professionally in a season and no more. In 2008 we have the
capacity to build 10 - 20 high quality pools and thats about it. We will not hire cheap
labor to "pack a few more in". That may work for some, but not us. We are professional and we intend to
stay that way. We do this and still make a good living for our families by holding our mistakes and our overhead
to a minimum.
We want you to be happy with your new pool. That's why quality is built into every pool we build.
