and request us to come out and give you a free estimate on a
new pool. Expect no big sales pitch. We don't work that way. You will simply come away from our meeting with enough information about
pools to become an educated buyer.
THE PROCESS
After you call and a mutual time to meet is agreed upon - Russ arrives and the
yard is measured and inspected for pool placement, utilities, potential problems, etc. The laser level is brought
out and the yards differences in elevations are also noted and entered. This site analysis process takes
about 30-45 minutes and the customer does not have to be involved in this process. ----Following this, you
are informed of the results and suggestions are made. A (30 - 45 minute) meeting with you on your preferences
for pool size, equipment, designs, extras and concerns then takes place. You will be left with brochures on all of the items
discussed to access the information later if you need to make any changes.
Upon leaving the customers house, we will make a trip to your respective local government planning
office to check on permit requirements and applications along with available lot surveys that may be in existence
to help us.... Then --- it is back to the computer to do up the free cad drawing
of the proposed pool overlaid to scale in your yard with distances to lot lines, building etc..

you shop around, you'll find it is hard to find anybody better than us to install it. ...
Once you have a plan and estimate in hand, we will provide you with a list of REFERENCES. You will receive a referral list of ALL OF
OUR RECENT POOLS for you to select a few referrals from to call and hear from actual customers (not hand-picked
ones) that will attest to the quality and great pricing that we offer. It makes absolutely no sense to me to hear from a few
of the best hand-picked customers gathered over the years to give a company "honest" testimony. Even the worst pool outfit
gets lucky sometimes. We at All About Pools strive to make sure we take care of every detail...So - weird - but true;
- we have no unsatisfied customers.
