POOL BUYING PROCESS - See right...
 
Permit reviewal time by city offices:
Approx. 4-10 days wait until we get approval
 
CONSTRUCTION:
First Week:
Pool is built & filled with water.
Second week:
Deck is poured. Auto-cover installed.
 

(1) A call is made to 763-780-1020 to come out and talk about a pool
(2) A decision is made in June. Pool is picked out. Permits applied for.
9 days later  - The pool is dug.

Liner installed - Filled - Cement crew is put to work laying rebar and forms.

Finishing up.....Or so we thought..
Then- The customer asks about a spa and a dome.
Designs and proposals follow. The order is placed.

Winter project: Late November - Early December 2004
   A heated dome installation in Minnesota.

Dome heaters installed. 64 degrees inside / 28 degrees outside.
Automatic cover is opened for 5 minutes for the photo. No steam vapors
coming off of the water due to the warm air in dome.
