"In
Minnesota we treasure our summers and pack in as much quality fun as we can. However - it seems like that is getting
tougher to do lately."
Do any of these following situations apply to you?
- Life keeps getting more complicated and the family seems to be going
in different directions.
- You need exercise, but either refuse to do it or don't have the
time.
- That trip up north to the cabin is getting just like a Monday morning
commute to work during rush hour. (Only three times as long). You feel the need to find an oasis that doesn't
take a trudge through the jungle to get to.
If you do, maybe a backyard swimming pool
is the answer. At All About Pools, we are committed to helping people find ways to make this happen. With
the interest rates low right now, it is a good time to invest in something that will be with you for probably as long as you
own your home. The maintenance issues are being addressed with better technology and new products every year. We use industry
standard Hayward Filtration and heating systems. In fact going"totally Hayward" means double the warranties
to the customer. The new Hayward heaters (as of 2006) have cooper nickel plating extending the life of the heaters to far
more than before. The Coverstar automatic pool cover and the Polaris automatic pool cleaners
are staples of our current sales and customers couldn't be happier with the results. The heat and chemical savings are huge!
Not to mention the convenience and safety of the automatic locking pool cover. Just operate the keyswitch to close the cover
and then take the key with you. Another item that customers are flocking to lately is the new Hayward
Color-logic LED underwater pool light that changes color - or- with the flick of the switch - stop it on
the color you want. Another popular item is the Polaris mini-jet waterfalls. At strategically placed points
on either side of the pool, you can have these jets spray a 12 foot cascade into the air and meet another cascade from the
other side to create a beautiful "meeting of the waters" at mid-pool.
Other items that we build into our pools are slides,
diving boards (with extended deep end floors for safety), and full width of the pool stairs. We offer
Hayward filters, pumps and heaters as our standard, but we are satisfied with the quality of a few other manufacturers
products and would be willing to work with the customer on their preference, should that come up. Our vinyl liners are manufactured
by Premier Liners and come in a myriad of designs and offer a couple of options regarding thickness.
In completing this statement, let me just say
a couple of things that may set our company apart from the other twenty or so companies around the metro area. Pool building
contractors around town (ourselves included) all offer similar product. There are some variations, but for the most part,
they are pretty similar especially when it comes to the quality of the material product offered. However, the customer should
be informed that what differentiates one company from the other is the level of experience their people bring to the table.
"In my opinion, the inground vinyl lined swimming
pool is about 75 to 80 percent workmanship and 20 to 25 percent product, given that it is essentially a hand-made
product as a whole."
What we are selling at All About Pools Inc is both our
workmanship and our product. But while one is similar, the other is very different. What sets us apart from
the rest is our abilities and experience. Ask anyone that has dealt with contractors before. They
will tell you to go with experienced builders. I have been building pools for 30 years, am still doing the building and
on the job making sure things are done right. Along with our experienced pool building crew, we get the job done right the
first time. No surprises - We handle the expected problems as they come up such as weather, scheduling, or maybe something
simple such as communication whether it be with the city or maybe just talking with a neighbor easing their concerns as to
what is going on. Being careful to respect the rights of the people whose community we are working in. Keeping the jobsite
clean. This is what we do and we have done it for many years and we know the customers concerns and try and anticipate those
very concerns before they pop up.
Also, referrals are cheerfully given to those that
ask for them and we can arrange for you to see some of our projects if the situations are convenient for our present
customers.
